Return

The products sold on this website falls under non-returnable category due to nature of the product. Gift cards are also Non-refundable.

However, we will consider return/replacement of the products under following conditions:

  • Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Incomplete order – missing products.
  • After the product(s) is received by us, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.

Drop us an email at tjcaromas@gmail.com and we will try to resolve the issue within 48 – 72 hours. We request you for your patience. (Damage or Breakage is only covered if you have a proper unboxing video.)

Order Cancellation

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to us at tjcaromas@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us on +91-8779551011.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money of the prepaid order, will be refunded to you within 24-72 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

FYI – All the orders are dispatched at 12 Pm (afternoon) everyday. If order placed after 12pm it will be shipped next day 12pm (except Sunday).

No Cancellation or Refunds accepted once the order is Shipped.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
